2. Donations (Non-Refundable)

All donations made to HireFilipino.work are final and non-refundable, unless:

  • A duplicate transaction occurs
  • An unauthorized payment is proven
  • A clear system error is verified

If you believe a mistake has been made, please contact us within 7 days.


3. Digital Products & Services

Refunds for digital services (including but not limited to guides, templates, listings, promotions, or digital content) are granted only if:

  • The service was not delivered
  • There was a technical failure that prevented access
  • The wrong item/service was provided
  • A major error occurred during processing

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchase caused by the user
  • Services already delivered or completed
  • Misunderstanding of the service description

4. Service Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of a purchased service before delivery begins.
Once work has started or the service has been activated, cancellations may not be allowed.

We will assess each cancellation request based on:

  • Whether the service has started
  • Resources already used
  • Time already invested
  • Type of service purchased

  • Donations made voluntarily with no expectation of return
